"I started dancing when I was 4 years old until about 17 once life started happening and responsibilities settled in. I then found myself in my mid 20’s seeking for movement again and sensual erotic dance it was pole dancing to be exact, which then led me to my Teacher Rie Katagiri who brought Qi Gong into my life and trainin. It has enhanced all areas of my life. When I am in my practice and flow everything around me shifts to align to the highest that I present."
