I can be somewhat pragmatic, verbal, and logistical in my approach to living, so having a tool to engage my body with my internal energy - the new union between them has been marvelous.

Also, Embody Qi being a group workshop challenged me to go to the edge of where I feel comfortable to expand some of my boundaries and to trust that there are individuals and groups of individuals wanting and willing to receive the vulnerable side of my expressions. It taught me how to be open to receiving other individuals when they are also risking sharing their vulnerable sides. - SK

DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH QI GONG TO ATTEND?

Absolutely not! Embody Qi meets you at any level you are at, from beginner to seasoned practitioner.

WHAT IF I MESS A CLASS?

No worries. As much as I encourage you to attend each session live so you can receive as much support with your forms and to ask questions, life happens. Each class is recorded so you can view it prior to the next week’s lesson.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear easy to move in comfortable loose clothing. Yoga type attire works as well. Be comfy and relaxed. Soft fabrics. Less jewelry the better. Bare feet, or socks if cold.

WHAT IF I AM AFRAID TO SHOW UP IN FRONT OF A GROUP OF WOMEN?

I am glad you shared this. In this container we want you to experience and to learn that women should be your safety, women are your support system. This is a container where you will learn to be celebrated by women and celebrate other women.

WHAT IS QI GONG?

QI Gong is a traditional ancient Chinese medicine practice, a form of marital art transmitted and worked through the exercise and postures that connect to the breath movement, ways to connect deeper to the body.

Qi means “life force,” the energy that powers our body and spirit.

Gong is the term meaning work or gather.

Qi Gong together means a form of movement and mind using intention and mindfulness to guide qi.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN QI GONG and EMBODIED QI?

Understanding the cross-over from eros and qi. Each name given is of the same body and each name is a pathway, a limb, explored to connect to your sexuality your pleasure, and zest for life. Are one in the same and to understand each in its own unique role, awaken into your sexuality.

I hold myself accountable to my daily devotions and am here to hold you accountable and show you ways to deepen the relationship with self by sharing the tools that have helped me get to where I am today.

I trust every inch of my body to speak to me. I trust in my connection to my intuition, and I trust the work we share along this journey will lift us to our next step, stepping back into harmony along the journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY These terms are created to ensure we value each other's precious time.

The Client takes full responsibility for any technical difficulties on their end and they waive their right to request a refund on any future scheduled sessions on this basis during any program if they cannot attend. The Client agrees not to hold Tara Tatangelo legally liable for any technical difficulties on the Client’s part.

The Client agrees that their signature indicates they have waived their right to terminate the contract at any point past the starting date of the program.

The Client agrees that by electronically signing, it holds as proof of their handwritten consent to this contract.
